Erne by the coast starts off with a young boy named henry and how he is tending to a sick lamb. After he gets the lamb to feel a little better and can live on its own he just goes back to tending to the flock and checking on the lamb. One night as he is putting the sheep away to sleep an eagle comes and takes a lamb away and kills it, but when he tells his father he does not believe him. So to prove to his father that it was an eagle that killed the lamb, he goes to find the eagle and bring it back.
Henry was transformed by the end of the story in ways not only physical but mental. One way he changed is from the scars that will form from the cuts on his body, these also will remind him of his dog dying, but also his triumph against the eagle. Another change is that he will be more confident and also his father will respect him more which will make him feel better about himself. The main cause of these transformations is the fight with the eagle and his dad telling him that the eagle didn't actually come. My big transformation is when I first started using a computer because it made me who I am today and because it got me into video games which is a big part of my life.

My Parents
Besides looks, I am similar to my parents in many ways. With my mom, I share interests in food and in art, as well in some ways with my dad, but mainly I share personal interests and conversation skills with my dad, along with favorite genres. I differ with my mom with some of my political beliefs as well as with my dad, also my sports interests.
With my dad, I've come to agree with him on many things and also start to enjoy some of the things he creates more and more, but I've also drifted from some of the things I've agreed on with him when I was younger. My mom, on the other hand, I've stayed mostly the same only really changing my feelings with her or what I agree with her on few occasions but I've mostly just started liking more of the things that she like.
Most Important Innovation in Human History
The most important innovation has to be antibiotics. Antibiotics have changed the world by allowing millions of people to have access to medical care and to have a chance to survive illnesses. It is easy to advance and easy to distribute to the world and can be improved on and changed to fight other viruses. It has also lowered the amount of deaths in war by stopping diseases from spreading and by helping people survive infections. It has also brought rise to the medical revolution saving millions of lives.

Progressive Era Blog
I think the 3 most important issues they dealt with that are still going on today and the farming monopolies, political reform, and workers rights. Farming monopolies today are some of the most brutal companies and they control large parts of congress and large parts of the economy. Political reform is one of the most brought up topics today and with the next election coming up it is beginning to be a large topic for debate. Workers rights have always been a big thing and with factories getting bigger and bigger it will continue to be a big topic for debate.

Transforming
I would like to transform the space program and I would like to spend more money progressing space travel so that one day we could explore further out into our solar system. This I fell is one of the things that we have lost interest in as a whole race, and I think we could really do with more exploration. It is in our DNA to explore and survive in far out places and this might actually might start to bring us closer together than ever.

The Fog Horn
“The Fog Horn” by Ray Bradbury
I am alone. I came to that noise because, despite the obvious answer, I thought maybe I did not have to be alone. November was the month that my son was born so I believed that if any day that someone would come to me, it might be that one. The journey was a long one. It made me think about why I was doing this and was this right?
As I was swimming through the water, I often thought about the chance of this being wrong, and if I should turn back or not. Most of those thoughts faded away as I got closer to half way there. Every time I hear the horn I have to keep myself from responding, because it might just ruin me. When I had reached the surface, I felt that I must have been right this time and that this time I would be free of all this regret and sadness.
When I finally reached the tower, I knew that I was never going to be saved and that it was all my fault what had happened all those years ago. This regret soon to to anger, and when the horn stopped, my only light in life was gone, and I was done. I attacked the tower in a fit a rage even when the horn went back on. This only made things worse, and I cried and cried until I had to leave the bay on last time. I will not tempt my soul again by going there; I will stay where I belong, in the valley of my family's bones.

R A F T
Today we have seen the worst in humanity, I've seen young men, not even twenty, cry out for their mothers and fathers in their last moments on the earth. The weapons we use could kill a man five times over in a single blow, and the ground will forever be scorched. I've seen men commit atrocities in the name of war, and I've seen brothers mourn over their brothers bodies, despite being on opposing sides, today I fear we have strayed from our original goal of peace, it is only war now.
